Standards
Integrity and reliability lie at the very heart of the service that we give to our clients and underpinning this are industry standards and approvals such as ISO standards 9001:2015 for Quality, 14001:2015 for Environmental, OHSAS 18001 for Health & Safety, Achilles UVDB Verify and F4N (Fit for Nuclear). In addition, all of our welding is carried out to procedures that are approved by RTPO's or notified bodies to ASME IX & BS EN ISO 15614, and all our welders are approved to either ASME IX or BS EN ISO 9606-1
Continual Development
Having undertaken a stringent development process for the nuclear power generation market for two years we were awarded "Fit for Nuclear" status by the Nuclear Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre at Sheffield University in May 2018. Not content to sit back on our laurels, we are currently working towards EN 1090 approval to CE mark to execution class 4 for structural steelwork, coupled with accreditation to the highest level for welding management to BS EN ISO 3834-2. Because we also recognise that quality needs may differ within the markets we serve, we have a graded quality system so that each project receives the correct level of Quality Assurance appropriate to our clients requirements.
